6. | The abovementioned tuition fees do not include the cost of books, uniform, sportswear and expenses of clinical study/clinical practice and exchange outside of Macao, namely transportation, accommodation and related living costs, the student fees list of the latest academic year etc. are all borne by the student. |
7. | Students who took excess subjects, retakes, auditing, etc., or unable to finish their studies during the normal study period, must settle related additional fees (for details, refer to the student fees list of the latest academic year). |

Important Notes
1. | Students must accept all the terms of the above tuition fees and settle all fees within the time limit specified by the College. If there are special circumstances that require payment of the tuition fee after the expiry of the fee payment period, please apply in writing to the Institute, and an administrative fee will be charged for late payment. The College has the right of final handling of cases in which students had overdue payment. |
2. | Macao residents are individuals who have Macao SAR Resident Identity Card.。 |
3. | Any bank charges are to be paid by the student. If the actual amount received by the College is less than the amount payable due to the difference in foreign currency or telegraphic transfer, the student is required to make up the difference. |
4. | Once payment is made, all fees are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-retainable (except for security deposit). |

Refund of fees may be made under the following special circumstances: 1. Non-enrolled admitted students do not meet the admission requirements of the programme they are enrolled in or non-Macao resident students are unable to apply for their student visas as scheduled; 2. Force majeure reasons (e.g. health problems) occur. The applicant must submit the written application together with the relevant original certificates to the College within the prescribed period (no later than ten working days after the commencement of the programme for non-enrolled students, and before the commencement of each semester for enrolled students), and the application will not be accepted after the deadline. Upon approval of the application, the remaining balance of the paid fees will be refunded to the student after deduction of the relevant administrative fees. |

7. | For all disputes related to fees, the College has the right of final arbitration. |

Academic Year Student Accmmodation Fee
Accommodation Fee
Accommodation fee for the whole academic year (10 months in total) is MOP20,000.
Deposit
Students are required to pay a deposit equivalent to one month of accommodation fee when they first check-in and stay in the accommodation.
Remarks
1. New students are required to bring their own bedding, including duvet, duvet for air-conditioning temperature, pillows, bed sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, etc.
2. Residents' electricity fees shall be shared by boarders staying in the apartment unit.
3. If any public items are lost or damaged, the boarder responsible must pay the relevant fine, and the College has the right to deduct the amount from the deposit for the lost or damage.
Important Notes
1. There are unified arrangement and assignment of accommodation rooms by the College Campus Management & Development Department.
2. All students who had confirmed to stay in the student accommodation must accept and abide by all the terms and conditions in this accommodation fee information.
3. Once payment is made, all fees are non-refundable or non-transferrable (for any reason).
4. Any bank charges are borne by the student.
5. The accommodation fee may be adjusted every year pursuant to the College's latest announcement.
6. For all disputes related to dormitory fees, the College has the right of final arbitration.
