⽬的：調查臨床護⼠的靈性健康現狀並分析其影響因素，為提升臨床護⼠的靈性健康⽔平提出針對性的建議與對策。⽅法：2024 年11 ⽉至12 ⽉，便利抽樣法選取北京市 2 所三級醫院 661 名臨床護⼠，採⽤⼀般資料調查表、靈性健康量表—簡版、⾃我效能感量表、傑弗遜共情量表、社會⽀持評定量表、⾃我超越量表進⾏調查。結果：臨床護⼠靈性健康 96.65±13.29 分，多重線性回歸結果顯⽰宗教信仰、⾃覺健康狀況、⾃我效能感、社會⽀持、共情能⼒、⾃我超越是臨床護⼠靈性健康的影響因素。結論：臨床護⼠靈性健康有待提升，可針對其影響因素制定⼲預措施。建議醫院管理者提供⽀持與激勵機制，培養臨床護⼠的⼯作熱情，定期組織集體活動，促進社交參與，從⽽提⾼護⼠的靈性健康

Objective: To investigate the current status of spiritual well-being among clinical nurses and analyze its influencing factors, in order to propose targeted suggestions and countermeasures for improvement. Methods: From November to December 2024, a convenience sample of 661 clinical nurses from two tertiary hospitals in Beijing was surveyed using the General Information Questionnaire, the Spiritual Well-Being Scale-Short Form, the General Self-Efficacy Scale, the Jefferson Scale of Empathy, the Social Support Rating Scale, and the Self-Transcendence Scale. Results: The mean spiritual well-being score of the nurses was 96.65 ± 13.29. Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that religious belief, selfperceived health status, self-efficacy, social support, empathy, and self-transcendence were significant influencing factors. Conclusion: The spiritual well-being of clinical nurses needs improvement. Interventions targeting these influencing factors should be developed. It is recommended that hospital administrators provide support and incentive mechanisms, foster work engagement among nurses, organize regular group activities, and encourage social participation to improve their spiritual well-being.
