To identify and cultivate students’ leadership potential, the Benevolence Education Center of Kiang Wu Nursing College of Macau (KWNC) and the General Association of Chinese Students of Macau (AECM) co-organized a leadership training course on September 26. The program focused on core skills such as event planning, resource management, and team collaboration, using case studies and interactive learning to improve students’ organizational planning and leadership abilities.

Speakers from AECM—Deputy Secretary-General Tang Chi Kuan and Activity Coordination Directors Keong Lei Lei and Ieong Wai HIn—gave clear, practical talks on resource management and team cooperation, introducing real-world examples and useful tools to help students apply these skills. The course was rich and practical, providing a structured learning platform to support students’ comprehensive leadership development.

The training not only deepened students’ leadership skills but also strengthened collaboration between Kiang Wu Nursing College and the Students’ Union, injecting new momentum into the cultivation and future development of Macao’s young leaders.
