Services
Head of Student Affairs
1. Organize students' supportive works including the organization of activities for freshmen and senior students as well as student recruitment works;　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
2. Explore after-school recreations and organize diversified activities, supervise and lead Students' Union and its sub-clubs to run under College's objectives and programme's expectations;
3. Coordinate social activities within and outside College, enhance the connections between alumni and the College.
 
Class Teacher
1. Provide consultation and guide students to overcome difficulties with care;　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
2. Supervise students in terms of conduct and discipline and to approve leave;
3. Supervise Class Management Committee to organize academic activities so as to enhance students' personal and professional growth;
4. Assist in arranging graduating students to participate in pre-service counseling and job search skills.
 
Student Affairs Coordinator
1. Supervise works of Students' Union and its sub-clubs, train up students' leadership skills;　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
2. Coordinate social activities within and outside College, enhance the connections between alumni and the College;
3. Get hold of students' learning, clinical study and daily living status so as to provide appropriate counseling and support;
4. Intensify communication among different classes, Students' Union, individual students and the College so as to consolidate the cooperation amongst all;
5. Submit work summary report every semester.
 
Counsellor
1. Undergo individual and group counselling service;　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
2. Provide diversified counselling service including self-understanding, interpersonal relationship, family relationship, intimacy relationship, career planning, emotional issues, stress management, learning and clinical study related matters, etc.;
3. Refer students with special needs to receive more appropriate assistance;
4. Assist the Head of students affairs, Class Teachers and other teachers to explore educational activities in mental health.
 
Mentor of Sub-club of Students' Union
1. Supervise students to develop integrity and literacy while participating in different activities so as to perfect College's image;　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
2. Provide comments on electing members for Students' Union;
3. Guide students through the development of innovative activities, open up students' talent.
