College Honors
Kiang Wu Nursing College of Macau was awarded the Medal of Merit – Philanthropy by the Macau SAR Government in recognition of its outstanding contribution to Macao in the field of social welfare and charity work in 2023. The College would like to thank the Macao SAR Government and all walks of life for their continued support and thrust in the college. The awarding of this honor on the 100th anniversary of the founding of the college is a high recognition of its 100 years of rootedness in Macao, the implementation of the educational philosophy of "from personhood to benevolence", the promotion of nursing education and professional development, and also a recognition of the concerted efforts of the college's past staff, alumni and students, and a commendation of the college's efforts. The College will continue its efforts to meet the demand for nursing personnel and the needs of social development by offering programmes that meet national and international standards, are diversified in academic fields and at different levels, so as to actively integrate into the overall development of China and contribute to the development of the medical and healthcare industry in the Greater Bay Area.
