Procurement Information
Procurement at Kiang Wu Nursing College of Macau (KWNC) is coordinated and implemented by the Procurement Division (PD) under the Campus Management & Development Department (CMDD). PD is responsible for supplier registration and management, quotation and tendering procedures, contract execution, acceptance inspection, and related follow-up matters. Upholding the principles of openness, fairness, and impartiality, PD provides efficient and compliant procurement services to all departments of the College, ensuring that the goods and services procured meet the College’s needs in teaching, research, and operations.
Procurement Principles
KWNC’s procurement policy is based on open and fair competition. All procurement activities must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the Macao Special Administrative Region and the Internal Regulations of the College. In accordance with the principle of “best value for money”, PD takes into account factors such as price, quality, after-sales service, and supplier performance in selecting the most suitable suppliers for the College.
Supplier Registration
Companies interested in registering as suppliers of KWNC may complete the Supplier Registration Application Form and submit it to the College together with the relevant documents.
