| Brief Information: | “Excellent Clinical Head Nurses and Their Leadership Competences” is a research project funded by Macao Foundation and implemented by Kiang Wu Nursing College of Macau. “Evidence Based Nursing Management: Cultivation of Leadership” is one of the contributions under the project. This reference book is an extension of the “Excellent Clinical Head Nurses and Their Leadership Competences” project incorporating the project's research findings and the traditional Chinese philosophy of “uprightness of mind”, “cultivation of moral self”, “proper regulation of family” and “governing of nation”. Each competence of nursing leaders is analyzed in details and categorized into individual chapters. In addition, the book exemplifies the methods of acquiring the competences by including experts’ sharing on relevant theories and applications and providing case analyses and suggested exercises. |
