Any personal data collected by the College is for the use of assessment to determine whether the applicant will fit for the post he/she is appointed and shall be kept in absolute confidentiality. Generally upon completion of employment procedures, the personal data of applicants will be maintained for one year before being destroyed, instead of returning to the applicant.
