⽬的：探討無陪護病房管理模式在乳腺癌患者圍⼿術期的應⽤效果，並驗證其對患者住院滿意度及⼼理壓⼒的影響。⽅法：採⽤回顧性隊列研究設計，納入 2021 年 1 ⽉至 11 ⽉接受傳統護理的 112 例乳腺癌患者為對照組，以及 2022 年 1 ⽉至 11 ⽉接受無陪護護理模式的 134 例患者為觀察組。比較兩組患者的住院滿意度、壓⼒知覺評分（CPSS）及不良事件發⽣率。結果：兩組均未發⽣不良事件︔觀察組住院滿意度顯著⾼於對照組（P<0.05）︔出院時觀察組 CPSS 評分（21.36±4.32）低於對照組（22.46±4.27），差異具統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：無陪護病房管理模式可有效提升乳腺癌患者住院滿意度，降低術後⼼理壓⼒，具有臨床推廣價值。

Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness of unaccompanied ward management model in improving perioperative care outcomes for breast cancer patients. Methods: A retrospective cohort study was conducted, including 112 patients receiving traditional care from January to November 2021 (control group) and 134 patients under the unaccompanied model from January to November 2022 (observation group). Hospital satisfaction, perceived stress scores (CPSS) and adverse events were compared. Results: No adverse events occurred in either group. The observation group showed significantly higher satisfaction (P<0.05) and lower CPSS scores at discharge (21.36±4.32 vs 22.46±4.27, P<0.05). Conclusion: The unaccompanied model improves patient satisfaction and reduces psychological stress, supporting its clinical implementation.
