本⽂探討⼀位⼜腔癌病患因多次復發⽽經歷漫長治療，⾯臨失志現象與無望感的照護經驗。護理期間⾃ 2024 年 6 ⽉ 18 ⽇至2024 年 6 ⽉ 30 ⽇，透過直接照護、紙筆溝通及身體評估等⽅式，確⽴護理問題有慢性疼痛、呼吸道清除功能失效與無望感。以同理⼼運⽤為基礎，透過關愛、溝通與合作，引導個案抒發情感，讓其述說⾃身經歷，護理⼈員扮演聆聽與提問角⾊，協助個案連結社會、⽂化與情感，透過⽂字表達使個案的故事得以延續，產⽣新能量。此外，偕同多專科團隊合作與運⽤社會資源轉介，以社會⽀持性團體替代家庭⽀持來增強其希望感與信⼼，病友間互動與交流有助建⽴⼈際關係，協助個案適應未來⽣活、提升健康狀況與⽣活品質。

This article explores the nursing experience of an oral cancer patient who underwent prolonged treatment due to multiple recurrences, facing demoralization and hopelessness. The nursing care period spanned from June 18 to June 30, 2024. Through direct care, written communication, and physical assessments, key nursing issues were identified, including chronic pain, ineffective airway clearance, and a sense of hopelessness. Using an empathy-based approach, the nursing team employed care, communication, and collaboration to guide the patient in expressing emotions and sharing personal experiences. Nurses played the role of listeners and facilitators, helping the patient connect with social, cultural, and emotional aspects of life. Through written expression, the patient's story was preserved, generating new energy and meaning. Additionally, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and referrals to social resources were implemented. By integrating social support groups as a substitute for family support, the patient's sense of hope and confidence was strengthened. Interaction and information exchange among fellow patients contributed to the development of interpersonal relationships, assisting the patient in adapting to future life challenges. These interventions ultimately aimed to enhance the patient's overall health and quality of life.
