Objective Structured Clinical Examination(OSCE) Centre
There are 14 wards with single beds in OSCE Centre, which can be utilised for different types of multi-station skill exams, such as health care and diagnosis and treatment. The number of stations (up to 14 stations) is determined by the preset assessment objectives, and skill tests for different projects are conducted in a sequential order and in time periods. The examination content includes collecting data from the patient (taking patients' medical history verbally: the patient's medical history and chief complaint), to conduct further assessment in response to the content of the consultation (physical assessment: to use the techniques of inspection, diagnosis, percussion, and auscultation to assess the condition of the case), and to determine the patient's care plan based on the assessment results, then giving the patient care measures, etc. according to the plan. In addition, the centre can be used as a venue for classes and practise.
